| In consideration of the acceptance of this application by OYS, I hereby agree to release OYS, its directors, employees and representatives from all liability whatsoever arising out of, occasioned by or attributable to my participating in such sailing races and events. I hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless OYS, its officers, directors, employees and representatives from and against all claims, actions or other proceedings or judgements or awards for damages and/or costs whatsoever made, brought or recovered by any person whomsoever arising out of, occasioned by or attributable to my participation in such sailing races or events, notwithstanding that the events giving rise to any such claim, action or other proceedings or judgement or award may be have contributed to, or caused by the negligence of any officer, director, employee or representative of OYS. I further acknowledge and agree that this Acknowledgement, Release and Imdemnity shall be binding upon my heirs, executors and administrators. | |
