White Sail (Levels 1, 2 and 3) covers:
Basic boat handling and sail trim; Water safety; Knots; How to rig and de-rig a boat; Basic weather patterns; Fundamental sailing terminology and skills; Self rescue techniques.
Bronze Sail (Levels 4 and 5) covers:
Advanced sail trim and boat handling; Performance sailing and proper boat trim; Trapezing; Physics of sailing; Spinnaker; Boat repair and maintenance.
Silver Sail (Level 6) covers:
Introduction to the racing rules of sailing; Introductory racing tactics; Advanced sail trim; Various starting systems; Introductory racing techniques.
Gold Sail (Level 7) covers:
Advanced racing rules and interpretation; Advanced sail theory and physics; Advanced racing tactics; Regatta management; High performance boat handling and trim.
Adult Learn to Cruise covers:
Basic coastal navigation; Chart reading; Anchoring; Radio operation; Docking skills; Right of Way rules.
Adult Learn to Race covers:
Advanced sail trim and theory; Introduction to the international rules of racing; Racing start sequences; Introductory tactics; High performance sail and boat trim.
